Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Glimpse for the Glimpse app and website. By using Glimpse, you agree to them. Questions: chris.montero@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

Use Glimpse for lawful reviews and ordinary use of the product. You may not:

Your content

You own the videos, reviews, comments, ratings, and other content you submit. You grant Glimpse a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, and process that content so we can run the service. That includes showing it to other people, making backups, and running the features described in the Privacy Policy, including AI processing. The license lasts while the content is on Glimpse, and for a reasonable time after that so backups can be removed. You can delete content in the product, or ask us to delete your account by email.

No infringing uploads

Upload only content you have the right to share. Do not upload video, music, images, or other material that infringes someone’s copyright or other rights. We may remove infringing content and may close accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Affiliate links

Some links in Glimpse may be affiliate links. If you buy something through an affiliate link, Glimpse may earn a commission. That does not change the price you pay. Treat a review as one person’s opinion, including when it contains an affiliate link.

AI-generated content

Glimpse uses AI, including OpenAI, to produce Key Moments, summaries, and search results. AI-generated content is labeled. It can be incomplete or wrong. It is not professional advice.

Termination

You can stop using Glimpse at any time and you can ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or if the service is discontinued. When it is reasonable, we will tell you.

Disclaimers

Glimpse is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, that a review is accurate, or that AI output is correct. Reviews are the opinions of the people who post them. Embedded YouTube videos are provided by YouTube under YouTube’s and Google’s terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Glimpse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. Glimpse’s total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Glimpse in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits. Where they do not, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
